[2020] ADS is toggling on and off while I'm holding L2

I don't know if it is just controller players, but when I ADS it will often kick me out of ADS while I'm still holding down my ADS button, in this case L2. It will also stop shooting for some reason too and my controller is fine because I have played other shooters with this controller.
