Hey guys, really sorry you're having latency issues in the game! Could you all run through this FAQ - I know this *may* be a data center proximity issue, however it's best practice to ensure your connection is optimized on your end as well. If the issue persists, please let me know!

I can see s3thar has already given this a go, however have the rest of you guys attempted to change your Data Centre manually yet to see if this helps prevent you being auto connected to NA servers?

s3thar, would you be able to provide an image of your Port Forwarding configuration?
