Have you checked your Uplay games library? It may take a few restarts, but if you got a message saying you were gifted a drop, then you should have it!

If you successfully receive the Twitch Drop but no Hyper Scape banner is shown in Uplay, please follow this thread: https://forums.ubisoft.com/showthrea...Shown-in-Uplay

If you are still having issues, please let me know how far through the process you were able to reach and where have you experienced a hurdle.
