Hello,

I've submitted a support ticket and proceeded to have hour long discussions and so much trial and error to solve this issue, but nothing worked. All the basic things (verifying files, updating drivers, reinstalling UPlay and so on), more elaborate ones like sfc scans, dxdiag and so on - nothing worked. The only positive change from that was that I updated every important driver and every significant program so now other Ubisoft games are working just fine, but Hyperscape after its season 2 update just isn't working and I am running out of options.

What should I do now?
