Hello ! Since the beginning of the Technical Test, I've had some crash issues.
It happens approximately one game out of two, and most of the times it happens early in the game. I'm usually just walking around, not doing anything too fancy, and the game freezes my whole computer for solid minutes, usually resulting in me hard rebooting it, or I have to wait around 20 minutes to gain control over my computer again.
I tried running the game with administrator rights, fixing the files, updating my drivers, but nothing worked.
I have an Intel Core i7-9700KF, 32GO of RAM, and an RTX 2080 Super, so my computer is powerful enough to run the game.
I'm hoping to help find a fix for this issue because I've been loving the game so much that I keep playing it even if I have to reboot my computer 15 times a day, but it would really make the experience better.
Thank you all for your help, and sorry if I made some English mistakes (English not being my native language).
Have a good day !

Hello and many warm welcomes to the forums, jijigri! I'm delighted to hear that you've enjoyed playing Hyper Space, but I do apologize for the frustration caused by these random crashes. Do you ever see any error messages when this happens? In order to troubleshoot this issue further, please complete any steps you haven't already that are listed in our PC guide. These should ensure your PC is running as optimally as it can be. However, if you continue to experience crashes after completing these steps, please get in touch with our Technical Support team and upload a copy of your system files to your support ticket. This will allow us to view what's causing these crashes to occur in more detail. Lastly, if you could post your case number here, that would be fantastic!
