Hello.

Ive had an account long time go with ubisoft which is EU account, now i moved back to M.east i cant get in EU servers im always in US which is at least 300+ ping, which makes the game unplayable, is there anything i can do to get in EU servers instead of US.

Hey DamysusTTV,

The datacenter you play on is automatically selected based on which provides you with the best connection / lowest ping - I do not believe we have a manual datacenter selection system as with Rainbow Six: Siege available for Hyper Scape at this time.

I'd recommend running through our connectivity troubleshooting to try and optimise your connection as much as possible.
