Hello! I'm from Russia, dealing with connection problem since tech test/open beta. I need your help!
During the actual gameplay, I keep getting yellow / red notifications about connection or latency issues. This greatly affects on hits registration, and moreover, it makes the game stutter, which looks like I'm skipping big amount of frames even though my fps counter is not getting lower than 80-90 fps in close combat. I've checked the cpu throttling with MSI Afterburner - this is not the case, all of the cores were even.
The things I've tried (in many various combinations):
- Following ' Connection Troubleshooting ' guide
- Clean boot
- Disabling any non-Microsoft software or background applications
- Prioritising Hyperscape process
- Process/CPU management with ProcessLasso
- 'Optimizing' net connection for games (any popular topics or Youtube)
- Prioritising Hyperscape connection
- Forwarding ports in router/windows' firewall settings
- Flushing DNS
- Switching game's datacenter from default to neu or weu (ain't noticable difference)
- Praying internet gods
There are 'msinfo' and 'dxdiag' configs attached (Google Drive), please tell me if you need any additional files/info! My regular internet speed is 500-ish Mbit/s both upload and download. (speedtest results by Ookla is also attached). Thank you in advance!

Hello there Komekko-!

Thank you for taking the time to carry out some thorough troubleshooting! I'm sorry to hear that you're still encountering high latency when playing Hyper Scape.

I understand that you have tried changing your default data center. Could you let us know which data center you are normally connected to in-game?

If you have not already, could you try the steps from this troubleshooting article? In particular, I recommend ensuring that your drivers are fully up-to-date, as this may help with the stuttering.

Thank you for the Google Drive folder. I would recommend opening a new case and attaching your MSinfo and DxDiag here. I would also like you to attach an image of your port forwarding settings. Once you have done this, could you let us know your case number so we can take a closer look?
