I've noticed losing GUI on spawn if you ping a weapon while you are downed and then respawn. I haven't been able to reproduce this one easily so I need help from other players to assist me in replication.
So far I've gotten this bug if I ping a Protocol V and then gone to a higher floor near it, but I haven't had enough opportunities to keep trying it.
If you have experienced this bug, please provide information to your steps before respawning.
EDIT: GUI loss in my case loses the weapon and hack GUI, making it so that you cannot pick up weapons or use weapons or hacks.
