i played my first 2 games and everything was fine but then my game kept freezing and crashing mid game until the point where my game would crash in the lobby before the game would even start, how can i fix this?

Can I ask you to try the following:
Run the game with ADMINISTRATOR RIGHTS.
Verify your game files.
It is possible that the installation of your game is faulty. To fix this, please verify your game files:
UPLAY
Disable Background Applications.
Make sure your OPERATING SYSTEM is UP TO DATE.
Reinstall Uplay.
Update your GPU Drivers:
AMD
NVIDIA
Should the issues persist after completing the above steps, please GET IN TOUCH, attaching DXDIAG and MSINFO reports to your SUPPORT CASE.
