[2020] The Game is not starting/

Hello! I have a one problem with Hyper Scape. When i want to start game, my launcher loads processor for 100%, and then start. But the main problem is, that game gives me an error, bad_module_info. I tried to find some information about this problem, like: you need to launch this game in the windowed mod, launch this game by administrator, update your dirves on GPU, update windows. I did it all, but my game won't launch normal. I downloaded this game, and it started, but i deleted it, and again download it, but then it's crushes all time with bad_module_info. My PC is subject to systemi requirements. Please help me with this issue! Thank you for everything!
