[2020] [Download/Installation]The procedure entry point ! vivoxsdk.dll

I tried installing the game today but i keep getting an error message saying:

Hyperscape.exe
The procedure entry point !
_req_aux_get_render_devices_create could not be located in the dynamic link library vivoxsdk.dll


I have tried verifying game files multiple times with no success.
Tried installing it on different harddrives.
Tried putting the dll file mentioned in the dynamic link library manually with different versions.
Windows is updated and graphics drivers as well.
I also installed the latest visual C++ updates

Reeboted pc between each troubleshooting test.
