[2020] game crash when i want to play squad or solo...

hi

my game crash everytime i want to play online with squads and or solo. I just install the game verified game files and reinstalled the game i aswell reinstalled ubisoft. i set my drivers up to date aswell. my pc specs is not the problem my game runs smooth. when i play in traing my game crashes aswell it doesnt give me any info on it it just said to send crash report to ubisoft. can you help?

Can you please tell me any further troubleshooting steps you performed to address these crashes? Did you complete our full PC troubleshooting guide for instance, including reinstalling redistributables and disabling start-up and background applications that could be causing interference?

If you don't mind, please also provide me with a brief overview of your specs (CPU, GPU, RAM, Storage) so that I can compare them to the system requirements.
