[2020] Vulkan Error

Hello,

I am a new Windows user and new pc user as a whole. I downloaded Hyperscape and when I attempt to boot up the game I get a message saying that vulkan- 1.dll was not found. I updated my drivers along with attempting to download drivers off the internet, and I also uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times, but I continue to receive this error message. How can I fix this issue?
