I had to uninstall and reinstall my game because of this. I've also won a match with my friends when I just had my hands like that lol.
The bug only happens when you pick up the Riot One for some reason, it's also inconsistent across people's downloads (only happens to a set few people).
And yes uninstalling and reinstalling the game fixed the bug for me

But your chat was dead with no mods. I was spamming that Ubisoft bought viewbots for about 10 minutes before even being banned? Why was the chat completely dead if there were 18k people??
you're not wrong about lack of mods, that was a big oversight on our part. As soon as we saw the chat had gotten out of hand (example, your many Jeffrey Epstein "jokes") we switched it to Emote only and managed from there.
