If right-clicking on it and selecting Run as Administrator doesn’t work, there’s two files we’ll need to see to be able to help. Here’s a guide showing where they can be found;

Can you please confirm that you’ve tried right-clicking and selecting Run as Administrator and that this has not resolved the issue for you? It has helped everyone else so far.
