@iVulkan_ Summon Skeleton and Summon Skeleton Mage will be entirely separate skills, each with their own trees. Using both will indeed require two skill slots.
In a future patch we will be splitting Summon Skeleton into multiple skills. This will allow us to increase the number of skeleton types available, reduce the number of nodes irrelevant to your chosen skeleton type(s), and offer more interesting nodes!

@Rotcoil It's unlikely we'll add Mana Leech to the game; we believe it's too difficult to balance, and usually results in Mana effectively removed as a resource.
Have you tried investing into Mana Efficiency, or weaving Mana Strike into your rotation? There shouldn't be any downtime.
@iVulkan_ We think the new skill design coupled with the specialization tree being available at the skill's release will really shake things up. We can't wait! :D
Going forward, we're unlikely to release new skills prior to their trees being ready.
We're currently working on Static, a new Spellblade skill which we will be releasing as part of a future content patch.
As Static is unlike other skills available in Last Epoch, we'd like to discuss both its design, and the design of other skills.
