That is correct, transfers are currently turned off, and we don't have an ETA when that will change. However, we will take a look at the help article and see if we can incorporate that information to avoid future confusion.

Chronos is now up! Apologies for the inconvenience of this unscheduled maintenance during a game event. We have spawned Angel Cat and Dandy for the day and Tersi's Herald for a few hours.
Naia server is now up, we are working to bring Chronos up immediately now.

Read moreWe think we found the issue with the Deton's Blue Potion's not working with the Fancy Fishing Rod. The Power of Love buffs and items are still present on the server, which are preventing the use of the Deton's Blue Potion from working. We will need to remove these buffs/items immediately since they should have been deleted on 3/13.
