All day. this started for me just before reset yesterday. i did some troubleshooting on my end and with my ISP and cant find any thing on my end... 

no one else is complaining on forums about this yet, so i wonder if i missed something, or if people have just not posted about this trouble.

Can you submit a support ticket, so we can further investigate?

the problem has been around for a long time now, but lately its getting worse and worse. i think it first started occuring about a year ago.

it has been discussed and stated multiple times in this forum over the past months, also it has been reported several times but support keeps telling ppl its issue on player side. when it occurs every1 on server has it.

The soulshot issue has been reported multiple times to the Dev team and they have been unable to reproduce it even with video evidence. I will request to have our team investigate again to see if it is due to the server logs.

The next update will include both the Fafurion update and the Prelude to War update, which is why we are a little late to the party. We are still in discussion with the Dev team on a few of the new game system changes. We will share an update on the release date when everything is ready.

As for changes to the PK system, we discussed different options to address the issue we started seeing with the macro system last year. I will request for another update from Dev since other regions are now implementing drastic changes to the system.

Just from the store. They will stay in your inventories if you have them.
