It's not information I'm privy too and as far as I understand it, we're upgrading.

Game servers will be down for maintenance beginning Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at 4 a.m. PDT /  6 a.m. CDT / 7 a.m. EDT / 1 p.m. GMT+1 and will be unavailable for approximately 9 hours and 45 minutes.

With this maintenance:

• Server hardware will be upgraded and the servers will be moved to AWS (Virginia, USA).
  • As compensation to the extended downtime, Party Hunting Boost  will increase to +100% (from +50%) for one week (4/7 through 4/14)
• Spring Boost event and server settings will continue for two weeks!

• Transcendence Chest will be available in the L2 Store for one final week.
• Fixed an issue where only members dealing the killing blow to a monster would receive L2 Coin in a party.

the way i read the event page, it states in order to participate in the event, you must be "at least level 99 and have Vitality available".  those special settings are part of the event.  the way i interpret this is that the bonus settings such as 1.2x mob xp/sp, double adena buff duration, etc, only activate if you have vitality.  can you confirm/test this?

 

this would be very similar to how core functions with vitality.

I saw one, pm'd him and he answered. I told him what he is doing here standing and he answered that he is in FOS and not crisis.

Then i went with another char in FOS and saw him with his party fighting to the sam spot.

Actualy when he used a skill like hide or something he apeared in crisis.
