Hey there – free Punika Powerpasses are only available as a part of specific events for limited windows of time. If you received an event power pass that long ago, it would have expired. But as you mentioned you were having issues with it at the time, I’ll move your thread to the support section of the forums to see if you can get some additional assistance.
I would open this ticket again, as CS has been given an updated directive on how to handle this. Sorry about the bump in the road!
Hey everyone! Just got a message about the change on these already opened/received boxes from roster bound to character bound – it’s correct that this wasn’t intended. Please put in a ticket with Customer Support if you run into this, and they will be able to swap your boxes back to Roster bound no problem!

Thanks for letting me know about the typo – I made a simple mistake and left out “CTRL” in this message. I have updated it accordingly. Doesn’t mean I don’t play the game, just means I forgot to include a word. It happens. With the simple fix, now you have two different paths available to you to report those rule breaking players you’re running into. Cheers!

If you see someone in-game breaking the rules, please use CTRL + right click and report them, or send in a report through our support portal so that our CS team can investigate and action against them.
