Maintenance has been completed and the servers are back online. Thank you for your patience.

Due to the updates needed for the release of our March update we need to extend the maintenance for all regions. We expect the servers to be back before 8 AM PT / 4 PM CET but we’ll keep you updated. Thank you for your patience.

Today’s maintenance will be extended for an additional hour as we work to get the game back up and running. The new estimated end time is 7 AM PT / 3 PM CET. We apologize for the continued delays.

Good news, we’re on track to deliver the content based on our original schedule. Sorry for the last minute scramble. Our teams were working hard to get the issues solved so we could ship as planned.

Updated 3/14/23 - 10:30pm PT: We’re happy to say that the issue gating the release of The Art of War update has been resolved. Ultimately, our in-game moderation system required additional configuration resulting in the anticipated delay conveyed in earlier messaging. The revisions have passed our QA review and we’re on track to deliver the content based on our original schedule. Thanks for playing Lost Ark and enjoy the new Artist class!

Unfortunately during testing we found an issue with the March update that was not able to be resolved. Because of this we will not be able to release the March update, The Art of War, at this time. We will still need to have our weekly downtime tonight at 12am PT and the expected downtime will be 4 hours. Please stay tuned for more updates when we have them. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
