[2022] 11pm EUW end of maintenance when our server isnt even merging

The Europe West region reopened approximately 3 hours ago, a full 8 hours ahead of the announced downtime for server merges.

I understand your server didn’t have a merge, but in order to merge servers and transfer data, the whole region needs to come down for technical work as there are a number of cross-regional systems implemented within the game. We cannot leave processes running while we are actively working on them.
