[2022] Queue Times Thread

Please be aware there are also servers available in each region that do not have current queues

We are opening a new server for the EU region

Sever population caps are not infinitely unlimited, unfortunately

Though it may change in the future, server transfers are not currently a regularly accessible feature in any version of Lost Ark.

There is no queue priority granted to any players.

We are now increasing server caps for full regions, but please be aware that game servers have a finite capacity and we are working to ensure server stability as we allow populations to increase.

Yes, this is top of mind as well and being considered as we continue to make changes today.

Server queues are most prominent on a specific selection of EU servers; there are still additional servers both on EU and across other regions that have no queues.

We are increasing caps again, but are moving to closely monitor stability now.

This sounds like an unrelated bug – if you are able, please share details in the support forums or reach out to Lost Ark - Support | Amazon Games

There are things in place to prevent this; I am not going to share what they are in order to prevent people from trying to get around them

This is a suggestion for folks who have not yet redeemed their Founder’s Packs from their product inventories, or have not yet begun playing; I understand the frustration for those who have, and we are looking for other possible avenues forward for the situation

We are working with the team for potential avenues forward to provide a smoother experience for players, especially those that have already redeemed Founder’s Packs as that seems to be a major reason (and a completely understandable one) for not wanting to switch servers. I will provide an update when I am able.

It would be a great solution, but unfortunately the feature does not exist in the client right now so it is not something we can do with speed
