This likely is tied to the ongoing Crystalline Aura issues, where it will appear/disappear for some folks. This is out for a fix this week

While the Crystalline Aura issues were fixed in February, this was obviously not tied to them in the end 
Regardless, the bug is being tracked as its own thing and is out for a fix with the dev team.
