[2022] We need server merges or transfers on NAE

Server transfers / merges are something being explored by the team; unfortunately there isn’t an ideal system that is already in place to use, so it’s taking some dev work to figure out what that path looks like.

Full limitations are still being explored, so for now server to server is more realistic and the priority as far as I’m aware
