[2022] Power Pass Account/Region wide?

Thanks for the feedback – the statement I shared about power pass being server-wide came directly from SGR, so I will have to circle back to determine if there is a bug occurring or another issue

I think the issue here, which I just found out, is that the Power Pass can only be used if one of the characters on the roster you are trying to use it on is already level 50. Because of the way rosters are set up, it will not work for the first character on a roster. Sorry for the confusion here!!
