[2022] Why are servers with ZERO queue closed?

This is in response to this post: Character Creation Limits - Launch Update

I do not know if this will be adjusted, but we are hearing and sharing your feedback.

I am not disputing anyone’s opinions around this, I am just trying to provide as much as clarification as possible.

The feedback has definitely been shared (not just today, but continually), and I will let you know if there is an update
