Oh yes, the text string is flagged to be removed entirely for all future Ark Passes.

You will be able to purchase up to 3 per roster. Let me double check on character bound vs roster bound just in case.

Wild that the text is split for some folks; we will just be offering Respite and Glory at this time unfortunately, but it will include that skin for Artist as well so hopefully that appeals to more players!!

Hey everyone, thank you for your patience as we worked out the next steps to resolve this issue.

Starting on April 12th, the Respite and Glory Skin Sets will be made available for purchase for players who have purchased the Super Premium Ark Pass and reached Level 30 in the pass, as stated in-game. These skins will be purchasable until June 7th, and will be useable on all current classes in the game, including Artist (however, you will not be able to save or use these skin sets for any future classes). They will be Roster Bound and will not be tradeable.

We apologize for the confusion surrounding this!

Just commented this in another thread, but will spread the word here as well since it’s April now!!

Expect the next roadmap to come closer to the end of the month! Like the first roadmap of the year, it will also include the next 4 months of content (May through August).

I would try verifying files, but it is possible this bug returned in the latest update – will be moving this to Bug reporting so QA can test and verify.

Regardless, re-rolling pet effects is still free and will not take any of your blue crystals!

Hey there, appreciate the note. The team has been made aware of the problems with server reset timers on Europe regions since the switch to DST, and right now are waiting on a fix for the issue to come in. We’ll let you know when we have an update ready.

Unfortunately player feedback will not always lead to instant changes on a 1 to 1 basis, but these surveys are still extremely helpful even if it doesn’t seem like you’re immediately seeing an impact. It helps us track changes in feedback over time, find patterns, and inform longer term decisions around the game and potential changes that are being weighed.

Just to provide some clarity here, these more frequent surveys haven’t replaced any of the community feedback gathering or other work that teams do here. Having more frequent surveys from the user research team means an additional channel for feedback is being supported, which is a particularly helpful avenue for those users who do not engage or chat in the forums. It is not an indicator of less work being done in other places.
