Today around 2 AM PDT / 11 AM CEST all Lost Ark regions and servers went offline and were unavailable for a few minutes. Our team solved the issue and all servers are available again.

If you lost an entry ticket because of this disconnection, you should receive it within the next 48 hours. Thanks for your patience!

It seems it is intended. I will pass that feedback on, it’s already been flagged to the team as a point of confusion and players thinking it was a bug so those issues have been surfaced.

25% reduction on brel hard crafting is intended

This is bugged atm, and the team has it flagged and out for a fix.

This is a known bug that the team has flagged. Only practice mode is impacted. We’ll let you know when we’re able to get a fix in!

Skin boxes that are available in-game before new classes are released are not updated to work on new classes in the future; this is and has been the standard and will not change.

I see some players have already gotten to pick up their skins!! Thanks for the patience as we worked through this, they will be available for players who complete their Super Premium Ark Pass until it goes away in June.
