There was an issue here that started with yesterday's patch where you wouldn't get the rewards for the levels you had already earned. As soon as we discovered the issue, we turned off purchase. Then we collected up everyone who missed out and made sure they got the proper items (like OP here).
We released a back-end fix for the issue this morning, and the Mastery Pass is back available for purchase
This means you need to get the updated client
We're aware of the issue (can't favorite cards with a style applied), and are working to get a fix out soon

So no more mismatched land?
You can still be part of the Separate Land Art Gang if you want to. This is just going to give you the default you want; it doesn't stop you from swapping them out later
So if I assign a favorite island, will all my decks suddenly only have that island?
I’m asking because I’d like to use this feature, but many of my decks have on-theme lands and I’d hate to have to go back and redo my basics to them all.
It won't change existing decks, no. New decks would default to you new preference (though you could change those as well).
