One thing I will forever be grateful for in this job is the fact that I can, on a daily basis, interact with you - the community. It's seriously such a blessing. It makes working on the game even more worth it.

As of today I am no longer a junior designer at Mojang. I've been promoted to a mid level. Very happy I've even had the opportunity to learn and grow enough to achieve that :) Excited for my future at Mojang and what I can do to add value to this special game called Minecraft

I don't think you'd find mobs like Phantoms or Wardens in a "kids-only" game

I mean I'm 27 years old and I work on the game Hermitcraft plays, while also watching Hermitcraft, and talking to Hermitcraft members

It's a game for everyone and the subsequent entertainment is for everyone. I always look at MC like Pixar: an all-ages exterior with adult themes

For programmers out there, what are your thoughts on Uncle Bob's Clean Code? I've been watching some of his lectures and it's been an interesting viewing, but looks like a lot of what he says has been a bit controversial in how he carries out those principles in practice

For the new snapshot there are some small but noticeable differences to the Warden, would love to hear your feedback :)

Some examples: they can now hit targets a higher up (but not a lot higher), so pillaring up becomes a tad more difficult
