It's really jarring to hear a British voice come from an American or Korean Operator, but I also understand that VAs and such are probably for more important roles, so maybe just putting a voice toggle that would only be applicable to the user (I.E. That's by design. MilSims speak the language of their origin countries.

My one big question about Gunsmith Custom is, will we be able to swap the look of "no attachment" attachments? For example, to build an all-black M4A1, I assume we'll be able to use the texture of the Task Force 14.5" barrel on The Purist / OG blueprints... but what about the Task Force magazine? It's the only M4 blueprint with a classic STANAG mag, and right now we're stuck using the 50-rounder as a stand-in for it if we want that look.

 

Sorry for all the questions, but would it ever be possible to implement our own personal sidearms into takedown animations? It would be an amazing way to show off our personal pistols. Or is there too much of a technical limitation there?

Im pushing for a solve for that. Stay tuned. We will find a way.

Does this mean it could be possible to add (or remove) tracers from a given blueprint, so long as it's the same weapon? Like, remove the pink tracers from the Breakup M4, or add them to any other M4 if you own the tracers? They're not an "attachment" in a technical sense I think, so I'm not sure how/if that would work.

Tracer packs are imprinted on the receiver of the blueprint.

They are colored a warm reddish amber on Talon. Color is possible.

Thats in the Talon pack with the dog, Indiana. Those are called H.E. Tracers. High Explosive Tracers.

Tracer rounds have to be specifically authored by the VFX team for every weapon type. There isn't a universal solve for them.

With this quarantine is going on, people really use CoD MW as an escape from the real-world problems that are happening right now. Im getting called out on being inconsistent on this stuff. Sorry about that. The master camo and frankensmithing "Gunsmith Customs" are in the same update. Im not sure the exact timing so Im going to go with in Season 03 so I dont cause anymore confusion. The weapon master calling cards are in process and not far behind. I hope that answers your question.

I havent tested it in multiplayer but i also know i havent seen anyone with it as of yet
