You guys keep asking about Creature Green and Fatal Freeze:) As far as I know those should still be in rotation but you have a better chance of spotting them in MW multiplayer. There should also be a back door into the item shop through your weapon armory. I forget which weapon is in creature green but you should be able to select it in the armory and see available bundles for that weapon there.

so i cant exactly show what buttons i was pressing at the time but im hoping the hud at the bottom right showing i had swapped from my lethal to the tactical and then crashing when attempting to use the tactical with the FFAR in hand is enough

Hey there, sorry to be a bother but in warzone when attempting to use any tacticals (like the heartbeat sensor, snapshot grenade, etc) with the FFAR the game crashes to the startup menu with dev error 5573

Because for the past few months I've been stuck getting the "Dead Roses" calling card every single week. I usually change squads every now and then.

Hi when will you update CW Season 1 Battle Pass? Its still showing MW Season 6 Battle Pass and I can't also find the "Gift the Pass" option.
Next week we'll ship an update that will allow users to see the Season One Battle Pass for BOCW in the Companion App. Gifting & purchase of the pass will come at a later date.

I keep getting the notification to redeem the Dead Roses Calling Card every time I open the app and it tells me I successfully claimed the package, yet it keeps popping up every time I open the app.
Any fix on this?

This should be fully fixed with the next patch. The previous fix caught most of the cases, but we recently identified what you're experiencing here.
To mitigate this in the meantime, skip your killcams immediately if you're the defending team
