Following the server mergers, we are aware of a loss of persistence problem on these specific servers. We are working on a solution that shouldn’t require downtime.
We apologize for any inconvenience for those affected. We will provide additional updates when we have them.

Community owns the forums - @Luxendra for visibility on if there is a potential issue with the forums.

For those that experienced the persistence issue, do you remember where you were in the world when the merge occurred? Please include the world you were on, and the zone/settlement.

Hello all, we completed two merges yesterday, and unfortunately it looks like the persistence issue is occurring across both.

The dev team is actively investigating what happened, as well as potential solutions for the near term.

Since the server merge from Saghata into Suddene was a success we’ll be merging the following servers next:

US-West Ocadalon → US-West Hyperborea

This downtime should also take around 60 minutes (1 hour) and will start at 10pm PT.

Reporting merely gives a notification to the Moderation team that something is amiss. Only after there is a review is any action taken.

Let me be clear, humans are imperfect. Everyone makes mistakes from time to time. It is because of this we have a dedicated link to appealing a game suspension. Any time a suspension is found to be made in error, we reverse it.

All of our reports are reviewed by humans and suspensions based on those reviews. Sheer numbers of reports do not actually change the process or criteria against which they are reviewed. Our moderation team, however, is human! So there is a non-zero chance that a possible mistake is made. That is why there is the ability to appeal a suspension by going to this link:

We have been actively monitoring the suspension process during the beta, especially with the large amount of reports stating that a ban was placed after mass reporting...

Maintenance messaging has been removed and Asgard should be fully back!

At 2:30am CEST, we will be doing a server restart on Asgard to implement a stabilization improvement.

As we start winding down for Closed Beta, there is one element that we still have yet to test: server merges.

At 6:00pm Pacific Time (9:00pm Eastern Time), we will be merging US-East Sanghata into US-East Suddene.

Downtime is expected to last for approximately ~60 minutes (1 hour).

If this goes well, at 10:00pm Pacific Time, we will be merging US-West Ocadalon into US-West Hyperborea.

Players on these servers are not expected to lose any progress (including gold, items, faction, companies, etc.); however, territories should still belong to the companies on the existing server.

For example:

• Players on Suddene will not be impacted, other than an influx of players on the server.
• Sanghata characters will be relocated to the Suddene server - their characters, companies, housing, gold, and owned items should remain intact, but territory owners...

We are now back on track and Asgard is opened for business!

Once this is complete, we ask you all to hop in immediately so we can stress test this server. Should anyone else wish to participate, you are welcome to do so.
