Do you currently have a character created on US East in the PTR? You may need to delete that character - it’s a known issue we’re working on.

This is still being looked into, though it does look like we are struggling to reproduce the issue (as in, we’re able to complete the quest). Additional information can help us nail down where the bug lies.

Closing this thread. As we’ve stated before, no one on the forum has the ability to investigate appeals or moderation action. I’ve forwarded this to the Game Moderation team but as all conversations on this should be between the affected player and the Game Moderation team, I’ve close the thread.

Hey there, at this time, we don’t have any plans to create a public API but we hear the feedback and the team is aware of the request!

I see you and I’ve definitely heard this feedback before. Random spawns for resources and mobs would be an interesting idea. I’ll bring this up to the team to get their thoughts.
