From the Dev Video (timestamped (approximately) here: New World: Dev Update - May 2022 - YouTube) , there is a report of 19 minutes that wasn’t able to be validated so keep running it.

Happy to be able to provide updates! As for your question regarding whether this will adjust owned amulets, unfortunately this fix will only affect future drops of this item.

I talked to the team and there were no intended changes made to the arrow spread. Most likely, this is a bug.

Edit: I have also confirmed that the other items in this thread were not adjusted on purpose. The team is investigating.

I’ll let the team know that players are unhappy with the bow, please keep in mind the PTR is called the public TEST realm for a reason, it’s to test out potential changes.
