This is good feedback and I’m working to push cash shop items through quicker. Process change takes time (and I’m still new!), but we agree that you shouldn’t have to sit on a broken cash shop item!

The fix cycle is roughly a month out from a fix due to the testing cycle and this was fixed mid April. I promise it’s incoming!

Yes, please test out these changes on the PTR! Sometimes reading something doesn’t give you a full understanding of how it actually feels/functions in-game. We do our best to make it clear but I’ve always appreciated a more hands-on approach when available.

The fix is currently in testing and should be in one of the upcoming patches. I will let you know it’s not in the next patch, as it’ll still be within our testing cycle. But it’s coming!

Correct, that’s the issue we’re seeing caused by alacrity, but isn’t actually an issue with the Freedom Perk itself. We’re working on fixing this!
