We’re aware and have a fix incoming in the near future!
The status effect tooltip UI is wrong (and we’re working on fixing it) but the effect is happening correctly at 5%.

Judging our server names so harshly
Resets happened due to disbanded companies owning territories. It’s an odd situation that hopefully doesn’t happen often!

It looks like we’ve fixed these quests so the items aren’t salvageable. I understand that leaves some of you in limbo and will review with the team if there’s a solution here, though you’re probably past the gear score level for the quests at this point.
Is it the uncraftable recipe that causes the most frustration here?
