This was a misunderstanding with the customer support team, @buzz3791 & @Ans1l . There is no bug.

Update from the Server Team:

Right now we are tracking approximately 2 hours of downtime from right now. This would put us at completing this downtime around 2022-04-15T19:50:00Z.

If this changes, we will update this thread. Thank you for your patience!

Can confirm this will be adjusted in a future patch.

@Lebeneur - If you don’t pick it up, it expires from the world (~3 minutes) and goes back into your loot pool.

Update:

The merges are currently taking place and the server teams are monitoring closely. We don’t currently have a locked down timeframe for completion of all of the merger tasks, but once we do I will post a new update with that timing

I completely understand and appreciate your concerns. I ask your questions to the right people and make sure it’s heard. Player feedback is very important to us and we’re making greater efforts to intake it. Obviously, we can’t act on all feedback, but we do seriously consider it all and take it into consideration!

The cooldown mules is a great point, and it’s very important we look at the impact of it.

As for voting on server names, it’s unfortunately a little more complicated to capture all of that and make those changes than it seems.

@jawsie - Trouble logging into free servers may be due to the server merges happening very soon, but I am really sorry to learn that the timing on the trading post wasn’t as expected. We’re working to make sure this is smoother in the future!

The tooltip UI is incorrect (we’re working on it). It’s correctly providing the 5%!

You should be able to 72 hours after purchase of your game! This is to prevent mass bots!
