There are two values, one for when players lose their multiplier (in this case 30 minutes) and one for when they begin taking penalty points for time (in this case 35 minutes). Does that clear it up?

Looks like this works most of the time, so if you have any further information to help us reproduce this on our end, it’ll be helpful!

Fix incoming in tonight’s patch!

This should be fixed in tonight’s update!

If you have either old quest versions pending in your Journal, you will have to re-obtain the associated expedition quest, but will now be able to take the alternative objective if desired.

This will be fixed in the 1.4.2 update at 11PM PST tonight!

I’m here to actively work with the team on bugs reported and that’s exactly what’s being done!

It does seem to be related to dots, so we’re looking into that!
