Downtime has been completed!
In our Heart of Madness Release, we have replaced Juniper Berries with Earthly Hidden Stashes. While existing Juniper Berries will continue to function as normal, they will not drop anymore.
Thank you for your patience while we released the Heart of Madness Update. We’ll see you in Aeternum!
Considering that the Heart of Madness PTR section is closing today, I saw no reason to change it for this iteration. We’ll be implementing the suggestion going forward.

Hi everyone, we know it is frustrating being excited for a release and then having it pulled back. We are just as excited as you for the Heart of Madness Release!
The team is constantly working to improve the experience of New World and have identified the issue that is blocking the release. We are working to get a fix built and tested quickly so that we can release Heart of Madness and finish Isabella’s storyline. When we have more information about the release, we will be sure to share it with you as soon as possible.
