We know you are all super excited for the December Monthly Update and the release of the Winter Convergence event and so are we!

We will be merging some of the worlds in the world sets: Arkadia Coral and Arkadia Alto in US-East on 2021-12-16T23:30:00Z in your local timezone.
Due to the server merge, we will be taking a one hour (~60 minute) downtime for only the worlds noted below on 2021-12-15T00:45:00Z in your local timezone to support this.

Note: If your world is not on the list, you are not scheduled for a server merge at this time.
Boosaule, Britannula, Caeno, Cenculiana, Ceryneia and Deipnias will be merging into Bouneima for Arkadia Alto.
Eupana, Galunlati, Harpagion, Hippocrene, Houssa and Huokang will be merging into Trapalanda for Arkadia Coral.

To add to the spirit of the holidays, we will keep the housing tax discount live through December.

It resets after you change factions. There are no rollover days, so once you change factions it will be another 60 days before you can change again.
it will hold you to the 60 day cooldown, so if you are already at 70 days, then you will be able to reset your faction immediately after the patch.
Some folks who changed factions right before the cooldown change was made didn’t get the updated code. Your faction cooldown timer should be resolved (to 60 days) with the next big update.
Housing Taxes Restored to Normal:
To compensate players who owned houses and were negatively impacted by server clock issues players were experiencing in November, we temporarily lowered the weekly housing taxes by 90%. As communicated above, the 90% reduction on housing taxes took effect from Nov 23 until our monthly December update. With our Dec update housing taxes will be returned to their normal levels. We want to say thank you and we are sorry again to our players who were impacted by the recent issues.

Hi all,
We encountered an issue with four world sets - if you have a character on a world that is in maintenance, or you saw that your character seemed to disappear, do not worry, your character is not lost and you will be good to go soon.
It will take a few more minutes to get your worlds into the right state. Hang tight, I’ll update this thread when we plan to have those worlds come back online.
