Hello guys now this is going to sound like I am lying and that I am just a idiot who fell for a stupid scam but I think there is more to it so here me out!

I was in the middle of a slayer task and teleport to Edgeville bank to resupply when I was approached by a Level 100ish with the name that was something like valadish followed by some numbers he offered to buy my Bandos tasset for 50m well at first I thought this is clearly a scam and he is going to put up some junk items "worth" 50m or try and remove the 50m at the last second and hope I wouldn't notice it on the second trade screen but thats not what happened.

He put up the 50m I accepted and then so did he after about 20-30 seconds then we went to the second trade screen and I check to see if the cash was still there and it was the full 50M. He had accepted but as soon as I press the accept button my account disconnected from the game. My internet had not dropped and I was able to log back in straight away but when I did the guy had gone and so I check my inventory and there was no cash and no bandos tasset???

How did this happen I checked and the money was definitely there on the trade screen and I have full security on my account including 2 Step Authentication on my account and e-mail that has never been leaked.

Any ideas guys?

Even better would be that OP sends an ingame bug report. But it might not even be a bug. Maybe he just fell for a scam. :\
