Can you describe which ones you are referring to? Past icons such as year-marked icons are typically granted at the start of an event for free (not from a Loot Box) and are not granted again in later years.

We will have more details coming soon, but basically, we will be stopping the sale of Loot Boxes from all of our platforms at the end of this seasonal event. Once this event is over, you can still earn standard loot boxes by playing the game until we launch Overwatch 2 on October 4th.

I will try to keep an eye on any trending issues but also remember that on occasion token drops can be delayed at times. I do recommend that anyone having issues across multiple broadcasts check this guide from Blizzard Support.
