It's worth noting that additional changes to address wide ranges of ranks in matches went live earlier today. No silver bullets, but hopefully improvements.

@EarlStanford @AdRicoJ @Blizzard_Ent The expectation shouldn't be that every time you report a person you get feedback that they're banned. It's the combination of many people reporting that ultimately makes action happen.

I report every time I see bad behavior and only see confirmation dialogs occasionally.

Internally, we're talking about how we release more stats publicly - we'd like to be more transparent with them. Look for an update near the end of season 3.

@Ow_Poppunksux That generally happens when your rank and MMR converge and you're basically at your true skill level.

Not saying there's no chance there's a bug (I don't know your specific situation) but that is expected behavior in a system like this over time.
