Hi there, thanks in part to your report we looked into the performance of large Workshop projects.

We went ahead and made some improvements that you will see in the next patch. Saving, uploading, generating links, editing, and running “large” projects should be a better experience overall, even with bad internet speeds.

In the last patch we also found and fixed an issue where saving presets that had errors in them would actually just overwrite the preset but not save any scripting that was in there.

Since the arrival of Efi and Orisa to Numbani, it has required some minor care and handling in the Overwatch universe. We recently neglected that care and regular service to Numbani international was interrupted. However, with the arrival of the sunny Havana destination, service to Numbani (just as it was before) has also been restored.

We appreciate the keen eyes in the community who reported this and apologize that it’s taken a couple days to address.

Well he did deliver the correct fact correctly, if it was during the Assemble Your Heroes phase, but not the Setup your Defenses/Prepare to Attack phase, leaving then has no impact. However, as I said, you can decay if you are not earning enough endorsements in your most recent games played (even if you receive endorsements in the most recent round completed).

Would you be willing share how much of a concern leavers during both casual game modes and Competitive game modes are to you guys right now and if there are any plans to increase or modify the actions done to deter leavers in Overwatch?

I am in the middle of composing a topic about this (not ready yet) but while its on the subject here, I know the community would love to get an update on this.

If you’re in Quick Play and you leave during Assemble Heroes you’re not punished.

Hi guys, while we don’t have privacy options in the Workshop right now, we are open to the idea of supporting it in the future. We don’t know what this would look like exactly, but there are good points being made here that are worth looking into.
