Hey wanted to just bring up one but its has probably already been reported, on Xbox series S the ability bar will go blank and not let you pick spells or abilities until you reload game, this happened around every three battles. Other then that bug its been running great so far!
Hi! Yes, it's known, Xbox is currently one important update behind due to a technical delay on the platform's side. We're expecting the patch to be available monday-tuesday.
Just to be extra clear, the "free DLCs" advertised on the PS4 "limited edition" box, are they redeemed using a voucher code for PSN, or are they simply included in the game from scratch? I didn't get any voucher code inside my box.

Ah. Series S currently lacks a very critical update that was supposed to be available exactly on release. Delay on the platform's side :(

So I’m at the end of act 2 and have retaken Drezen but when I go to exit the citadel my game just crashes?

Are you ignoring the switch players? I see a lot of comments about xbox and ps4/5 but none of the switch comments are getting a response.
I cannot use items/spells in my inventory, I cannot add items/spells to my hotbar, I cannot sort inventory, I cannot even name my character what I wanted, because none of those context menus work. I spent 50 bucks just like the xbox/ps4 players, and right now the game is unplayable when you need to cast spells, use cure potions, etc.
We're not ignoring anyone, I'm fairly certain I answered all switch comments as well. Point me at those I haven't, if you saw any, and I gladly will.
We are aware of the problem, and about inability to input text as well. Already working on it.
I'm a bit confused about one thing. I've read a bit about pathfinder games and I see that buffing the party is very important and very time-consuming, and that people have modded the game on PC to allow to apply buffs easily - do console players have no access to such qol improvements?
It's mostly a thing on higher difficulties. Normal and below require it in minimal way (and I recommend to go Normal or below if you are playing the game first time, either way).
However, we recognize that with console interface it may be significantly more tedious than on PC, and console users indeed don't have access to mods. So once the dust settles a bit with release, we'll be looking what we can do.
Good day to you sir, do you have any news about the patch deploy? The game is cool so far but UI bugs makes it feel so bad, i really hope it will be patched in d1 patch. Also i wanted to ask, sometimes its not enough space for description texts in windows and i can't find a way to scroll it. Most of the times it's possible to press right stick to open a bigger window, but rarely i don't have this option. I'm playing russian version of the game, maybe it's related to it, i dunno. Hello! Current expectation for Xbox patch is Monday or Tuesday at the moment. We hoped for it to be ready before weekend, but sadly it didn't work out on their side. There's not much we can do except wait for the platform to deploy it.
Patch should fix a handful of issues that players experience at the moment. Can you record a video of the text problem and upload it, giving me the link?
pressing up to open the tactician menu freezes the game
if you do it a second or third time you risk the chance of your entire game crashing
couldn't go back and grab a screen recording of the 6th party member vanishing after using rest because the crash deleted the gameplay footage but i sent the bug report via the ps5 screen. so it might have that clip included

one of the guys in my party on midnight isles just randomly vanished. my party went from 6 characters plus a companion/mount to only 5 + a companion mount.
don't know if there's a menu where i can select and bench party members on the ship but thus far. i just had a team member disappear out of no where while island hoping
also using any of the tactician skills for the cavalier class on midnight isles causes the entire game to either slow down or crash.

Hmm. Can you please record a video of these? And what do you mean by vanished? When did it happen? Not present on the ship as well? Could it be that you excluded that character from selection for the island?

We hoped that it would be deployed before weekend, but it's still waiting for the platform's approval, so ETA is monday-tuesday now. Really sorry about that, but we literally can also only sit and wait now, the ball is on the other side.
I'm on Xbox series S 1.0.0.6 build and I just encountered a bug where the context menu's don't show up and when I'm looking at gear via the loot menu the compere tab goes Behind the loot tab, any fix incoming?
Hello, it's a known issue, we're working on a fix. Temporary workaround is saving and loading the game or relaunching it.
I mean its not terrible I juste switch from kingmaker and there a hudge différence. Some little bug from here and there but I dont get anxious everytime I save,blast spell, load a new area, kill something with cornugon smash.. 😂 the game (kingmaker) was so good I keep playing event if it fail every hour so its still pretty good to me for now. Waiting for the patch hope its gonna be better 👍 good job on the game so far

We know about it and will hopefully get our hands on it eventually. It's relatively minor in comparison with many others, so sadly the priority isn't too high.

Yeah, it seems unlikely at this point. Monday-tuesday is our best bet.
Same issue as well. Also cannot add items to hotbar using the context menu, nor can I rearrange inventory.

Yes, currently the virtual keyboard and context menu aren't working properly on Switch, we're preparing a fix.
Very minor thing, the paid DLC currently has no trophies associated with it on PlayStation. A I assume there are meant to be some, because it does have Steam achievements.
I've passed the information to the QA. It may take some time for the fix, as it's lower priority than stability, but usually it's possible to give achievements retroactively even if they didn't work at the time.
On the PS5 release I keep crashing trying to access the Drezen distortion for Aeon.

Not yet, but we'll be putting it back soon with one of the following updates. A critical issue was discovered in it right before the launch, so it was pulled back until it's fixed.
