We are investigating reports about players being removed from outfits without being officially kicked. This issue results in the player having their loyalty rank reset. Some players find that re-logging back into the game will bring them back into the outfit, however the loyalty rank may remain reset to 1. Further updates will be posted as they arrive.

We have confirmation on this bug. For the time being you will not be able to place routers while playing as NSO. All other factions should not have any issues with router placement. Further updates will be posted into this thread.

As we continue to monitor the server for further gateway hiccups, the team will continue to look into further permanent solutions to this problem. In the meantime temporary fixes are in place to reduce the amount of G15 errors on live. We want to invite you all to play the game this weekend as we will be hosting another double XP event for all. Thank you and we apologize for the inconvenience the G15 crashes have caused you.

G15 errors: We're currently experiencing intermittent issues with gateways getting into a bad state. Sometimes a gateway will stop letting traffic through, which means that certain people won't be able to reach the server (resulting in the G15 error.) Those bad gateways need to be restarted manually after a problem is identified. We've added additional logging to the Live environment that will help us diagnose the cause of these gateway collapses. We're trying to stay on top of these problems as best as our current resources allow, but we can look for a more permanent fix once the data comes in.

We're aware of extremely high latency for players connecting to Connery from Asia, Australia and possibly elsewhere. This may be due to routing issues from those environments. All PC servers will be offline for the following update, Apr. 05, at 6:00am PT (3:00pm CEST). Downtime is expected to last up to two hours. -- Notes on Server/Client Performance Periodic Hitching: Hitching should be resolved with this update's downtime. With last week's repeated rolling zone restarts, the expectation is that we introduced a mismatch between data on certain environments that was causing the hitching.
