Hey! Glad that there are many fans of the mode! What is the thing you like the most about it? Was there anything you wanted improved / added to it?
There's a problem where kills that happen right after you die aren't counted in the stats. For example, an enemy you knocked down might have bled to death only right after you got killed. Another example is when you got killed right before the C4/grenade detonates and registering kills for you in-game but not in your match/overall stats thereafter.

I left the game a while back because of exhaustion/cheaters and since coming back have found that they were largely able to address the hacking issue. I still occasionally see them but they're not ruining every single game anymore. I might spot a handful of people every week I suspect that are cheating. The blatantly obvious ones are even less common.
The reporting system in PUBG right now is very responsive. Reporting people will lead to bans which PUBG does notify you about if you report. It's almost a little too responsive as it's not difficult for a really good player to get temp banned from salty players if they receive enough reports against them.
Overall the game seems to be in a good state when it comes to hacking to me. At a minimum it's going to be better then what you're dealing with in Warzone right now. If you are curious I would redownload and see for yourself.

The AC team is working around the clock to constantly improve existing systems and bring in new ones to further detect and prevent cheating and as you have noticed yourself, a lot of progress has been done on that end. Hey sevansup. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and experience! I am really glad that you are enjoying your time in normal matches. The team that is working on bots does not plan to stop improving them.
There are a lot of upcoming improvements which will make them feel more human, be able to do more things players can and at the same time not be overpowered.
I understand it sucks if one ends up with more bots in a less popular gamemode during early hours and we are working with other teams to find solutions for that as well.

Did you happen to delete the Tiger Movies content folder in PUBG? It looks like it had missed this animation altogether? If so, are you able to restore them to see if it resolves your issue? you can do this by re-verifying your game integirty.
