Hey rwhockey! There was an error that caused a few players to receive a ban shortly after the event launched. This has been resolved since and all affected players unbanned.

Hey, we've reported the issue internall and are tracking user reports regarding this issue.
I've reported several stat padders using shield and it's only a 30 day ban for the bot accounts and main users
First offense bans for non cheating offenses are temporary with repeat offenses leading up to permanent bans.
This is great. Literally to their full potential.
Love me some Miramar. I find spotting players on it is the easiest and also I can dictate how I want to play the map. Whether I'll play it slow, fast, play cqc or long range is all up to me, my mood and loadout.
And for all my downvoted Sanhok lovers out there - you have my upvote! I enjoy quick Sanhok games, dropping on the hill compound in the north of the main island is my favorite spot. Lots of action, lots of loot trucks driving around, just a nice spot to get it going.

Hey stavtwc, what is your local region? Shield is currently available in NA, OC, SA and EMEA regions and if enough demand is shown in other regional community channels then there is a possibilty to open Shield in those regions as well if the other teams want to support it.
Why is the in-game reporting feature being ignored?
I've used it to report a cheater, nothing happens. Take that same clip and game results to pubg shield, player gets banned.
Why is the footwork on us?
The in game anticheat system is being updated on a regular basis. No system is perfect however and some cheaters can slip through. Shield was created to help us catch those that do slip through. It was something that many players wanted to see so we've worked together with the community and a few devs to create Shield! We have quite an active community over at our Discord server where we discuss all things Shield related on a regular basis!
While carrying downed players they can't be dropped 99% of the time ("not enough space"? lol)
